User Agreement
1. Parties
This agreement is between XOX TECHNOLOGIES LTD. (Company), which provides the Feedbacks platform and QR application, and you (User), who uses the application. The agreement comes into effect when you accept it electronically.
2. Subject Matter and Scope
Feedbacks is an application that records customer surveys and office entries/exits using QR codes. This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties during the use of the application.
3. User Obligations
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information to use the application.
• You must be at least 18 years old or be authorized on behalf of the business.
• Account and password security are your responsibility.
• You may not transfer your account to another person.
• Your account may be closed in case of providing false information, non-compliant use, or misuse.
4. Payment Terms
• The application may offer free trials for certain packages.
• Once the trial period ends, billing will be based on the selected membership package.
• Membership fees and payment terms are specified in the application.
• Partial refunds apply in case of membership cancellation (no refunds for monthly payments; remaining months are refunded for annual payments).
5. Intellectual Property
• All rights to the application belong to the Company.
• Copying, modifying, or reverse engineering the application is prohibited.
• The Company's name, brand, and logo may not be used without permission.
6. Limitations of Liability
• The application is provided "as is"; its uninterrupted and error-free operation is not guaranteed.
• The Company is not responsible for problems arising from your internet service provider.
• The user is fully responsible for the content they upload.
7. Term and Termination of the Agreement
• The Agreement begins upon your acceptance.
• Either party may terminate the Agreement with one week's prior notice.
• Membership automatically expires if payment is not made at the end of the trial period.
• In the event of termination, any accrued debts remain valid.
8. Other Provisions
• An invalid clause shall not affect the other provisions of the agreement.
• All notifications shall be made to your registered email address.
• The courts of England and Istanbul shall have jurisdiction in the event of any disputes.
