Distance Selling Agreement

Parties and Subject Matter:
This agreement is concluded between the user purchasing the Feedback and QR application (Buyer) and XOX TECHNOLOGIES LTD. (Seller), which develops and provides the QR Application, within the scope of purchase transactions made electronically. The terms and conditions of sale and use are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

1. Right of Withdrawal:
• The Buyer may withdraw from the contract within 7 days of signing it without giving any reason.
• Written notification must be sent to the Seller for withdrawal, and the invoice/e-invoice must be sent.
• The amount paid will be refunded within 45 days of receipt of the documents. VAT and legal obligations will not be refunded if the invoice documents are not received.

2. Cancellation of the Agreement and Membership:
• For monthly memberships, no refund will be made upon termination of the agreement.
• For annual memberships, the fee for the remaining period, excluding the month of termination, will be refunded.
• At the end of the membership period, the Buyer may terminate their usage rights by not renewing.

3. General Provisions:
• The Buyer declares that they have read and accepted the basic features of the QR application, the sales price, and the payment terms.
• If the credit card payment is not processed by the bank/financial institution, the application will be closed within 3 days.
• Complaints regarding sales or usage may be submitted through the Seller's communication channels (info@showfeedbacks.com or in-app communication).
• In any dispute, the Seller's records shall be accepted as evidence. Consumer Arbitration Boards or relevant courts shall have jurisdiction.
